Scrollbar on Analysis page

Thomas Picketty, Analysis text:

1. Due to the top banner the scrollbar indicator only comes into view once the text section "These shocks were primarily caused by the following" is in view, or more noticeably with section "Why Does Capital in the Twenty-First Century Matter?" (please see screenshots);
2. With this length of the text it is very hard to scroll to the beginning or end on a mobile device (small screen), the page might benefit from 2 icons, <Go to top of page> and <Go to end of page> (in the side bar Menu the 'Contents' section is very useful though!)
